PAT and WPMF collaborated with Kwaithong and Wu An Bang to promote Muay Thai lawfully in China on 9th September 2018.
The Professional Boxing Association of Thailand (PAT) and World Professional Muay Thai Federation (WPMF), the main organizations both national and international level of Muay Thai profession recognized by Sport Authority of Thailand (SAT) and Ministry of Tourism and Sports taking care of professional Muay Thai sport, supporting the art of Muay Thai, which is the national fighting arts of Thailand to be known globally, following up the activities being held worldwide for the purpose of research and propagate the knowledge of Muay Thai academically, nominatiing boxers to represent the boxers of Thailand, and ranking the boxers both nationally and internationally, with Kwai Thong Group and Bejing Wu An Bang Sports Management Co., Ltd. will propagate Muay Thai in China for the first time on the 9th of September 2018.
On the 7th of July 2018 at Royal Thai Army Club (Vibhavadi), The Professional Boxing Association of Thailand and World Professional Muay Thai Federation by Khun Somchart Charernwatcharawit as the President of PAT and the President of WPMF, Khun Supranee Guptasa as the consultant of PAT and Secretary General of WPMF, Khun Chun Kiaetpeth as the executive committee member of PAT and a well-known promoter of Thailand with Kwaithong Group by MR. Zhang Kwaithong and Bejing Wu An Bang Sports Management Co., Ltd. by MR. ZHANG FENG LIANG which has been appointed as the foreign affairs advisor of PAT in China have released a press conference to propagate Muay Thai lawfully in China for the first time. Famous Muay Thai boxers such as Kem Kemmuaythaigym, Yodwicha Kemmuaythaigym and Yodsanklai Fairtex have attended this event. Muay Thai competition, “Suk Yod Muay Thai WPMF”, will be telecasted on 9 September 2018 from Hunan, Republic of China which is also the hometown of Mao Zedong. The competition is in accordance with Muay Thai Sport Act. Boxing competitors will be as following;
